What is a Union EAP?

An Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) is a certified professional whose role is to provide you with guidance and support during times of work-related stress and conflict, addiction, or behavioral health issues. Their primary role is to protect your job while you are receiving treatment and guide you to the right treatment programs. 

They also offer support and counseling services to employees and their families on various work and personal issues that may be affecting job performance.
